There are still some unknowns that the appearances and data provided by the president of the Generalitat, Carlos Mazón, have not clarified after almost 4 months. For this reason, the PSPV had asked to see “the bills for the official and personal mobile phone (if he had one) of the president of the Generalitat as well as his geolocation” during the key period of the Dana. However, the response provided to the main opposition party still does not clarify much, as the Presidency of the Generalitat has replied that “the president does not have a personal mobile phone.”

The parliamentary response, signed by the regional secretary for Transparency, also does not detail the calls made or received during a day, arguing, as already done in a previous response, that the Generalitat's telephone contract "does not issue individual invoices for each of the landlines and mobile phones covered by the contract signed."

The PSPV spokesperson in Les Corts has revealed this response, just one day after the head of the Consell explained in Madrid the calls he received or made on the day of the flood at the most critical moments. Muñoz has criticised that “Mazón refuses to clarify where he was at 7:43 p.m. on October 29 when there were already hundreds of people drowned” by refusing to provide his geolocation on that day, as requested by the Socialist Group in Les Corts Valencianes.

Muñoz regretted that when asked about his call log and geolocation, “he once again answers us with the mobile phone contract when it is essential to know where the person who should have been the first of the Valencians on the day of the dana was.”
